Legendary Philly bred and internationally acclaimed saxophonist John Coltrane's
"Cousin" Mary Alexander suffered a stroke in early December 2005 and is currently undergoing in-patient rehabilitation services. She is working hard and is determined to recover as much as possible. She is the Queen Mother of the Philly and New York jazz scenes and an inspiration to musicians and jazz fans everywhere. I am praying for her recovery.
We are technology buddies! (I assist with any of her internet challenges) She intends to be online again, as soon as possible. In this blog, you can send her a prayer, well wishes or share your thoughts about this living jewel we've been blessed to have in our community. Let her know how we REALLY FEEL about her. I will print them out for her to read.
Play some 'Trane and Show Her Some LOVE with your posting(s)!P.S. - The print is from
