Mich'al Beckham Celebrates JAM

During Jazz Appreciation Month, one of the most talented jazz voices on the East Coast will be performing at Philly's Zanzibar Blue on April 15th and again on April 29th from 7 pm to 11 pm on both occasions. Ms. Mich'al Beckham, vocalist extraordinaire, is a product of Philadelphia's Settlement Music School and Berklee College of Music in Boston. She has performed with legends Clark Terry, the late Grover Washington, Jr. and Chuck Mangione. In a career that started in the early eighties, she has worked with a laundry list of local musicians including Pieces of a Dream, Joe Sudler, Byard Lancaster and Webb T's Fleet.

Our jazz diva will also perform on April 28th from 4 pm to 8 pm at The Train Stop (not Trane Stop) located at 61st and Haverford Avenue.
